Where We Match Tree Crews

Salt Lake, Utah, Davis, and Weber counties.

We connect homeowners with tree companies working the length of the Wasatch Front: Salt Lake County, Utah County, Davis County and Weber County. That covers the older neighborhoods with mature street trees planted a long time ago, the bench and canyon-mouth streets that take the wind, and the newer valley subdivisions where the trees are still young enough that a little structural pruning now saves a serious problem later. Tell us the city and cross streets and we will point you at a crew that works there.

Location changes the job more than people expect. A tree on a narrow older lot with a tight side gate is a hand-carry job no matter how straightforward the tree looks. A steep bench driveway limits where a chipper can sit. And the strip between the sidewalk and the street is often regulated by the city rather than left to the homeowner, so what you are allowed to plant, prune or remove there depends on which municipality you are in. Ask before you cut, whichever county you are in.

Everywhere else along the Wasatch Front

The pages above are the cities we write about in detail, but coverage runs the length of the Wasatch Front. If your town is not listed, it almost certainly still falls inside the area — call 801-823-6018 and ask.

Coverage spans four counties. Salt Lake County runs from the north end of the valley down through Draper and Herriman. Utah County covers Lehi and American Fork south through Orem and Provo. Davis County takes in Bountiful, Farmington, Kaysville, and Layton along the north corridor, and Weber County covers Ogden and the towns around it.

Each city page exists because the housing stock and the conditions genuinely differ from one end of that stretch to the other. A home built in the 1950s near downtown Salt Lake and one built in the last decade in a Utah County subdivision present different problems, and the pages are written to reflect that rather than to repeat the same page with a place name swapped in.
